RETURNING


Can I return the products?


Yes.  You can return the item for ONLY on the following reasons:

  1. Damaged Item
  2. Wrong Item Delivered
  3. Incorrectly Dispensed

How can I return the products?


  1. CHECK: Upon receiving the item/s you should check and report within 7 days after the receipt;
  2. FILL UP: Fill in the Online Returns Form;
  3. BRING: Bring the item to any Tesco Drug branch near you.
  4. CONDITION: All returned items need to be in good and original condition, and subject for verification by our Pharmacist.
